At the 11th Annual StarChefs International Chefs Congress, Mourad Lahlou of Mourad led an interactive workshop on building a salad, but not just any salad. This was his Ode to Michel Bras. While Lahlou offered the attendees his perspective on ingredients and assembling the dish, all were surprised by the sudden appearance of Michel Bras. Scheduled to appear that day on the Main Stage at ICC, Bras dropped in to see what was happening.
